Nephrology

Nephrology
The Department of Nephrology provides medical care for various kidney diseases. With the modernization of society and an increase in life expectancy, the incidence of lifestyle-related diseases such as hypertension and diabetes has risen, leading to a growing number of associated kidney disorders. Kidney diseases accompanied by multiple complications are also increasing rapidly.
Glomerular diseases (proteinuria, hematuria), nephrotic syndrome, urinary tract infections, urolithiasis, cystic kidney diseases, and hereditary kidney disorders are examples of kidney diseases. Secondary kidney conditions include hypertensive nephropathy, diabetic nephropathy, systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, and connective tissue diseases, as well as electrolyte and acid–base balance disorders.
At H+ Yangji Hospital, we operate a Hemodialysis Center for the treatment of acute and chronic kidney failure.
Major Clinical Areas
Acute kidney failure, Chronic kidney failure, Kidney stones, Arteriovenous fistula management, Dialysis therapy (hemodialysis/peritoneal dialysis), Glomerular diseases, etc.
